Just a reminder that our fabulous Girls Night Out event to benefit Family Tree (www.thefamilytree.org) is THIS THURSDAY night from 4-8pm. We have amazing raffle gifts, yummy food, and shopping with some of the best vendors in Denver. If that isn’t enough to get you motivated — proceeds from raffle and drink tickets will benefit Family Tree – a local non profit dedicated to providing support and safety to victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and homelessness! We hope to see you Thursday!!!!

Let It Snow – Holiday Express Sessions

We had such a blast shooting the “promo” photos for this Express Series….I can’t wait to shoot the “real” ones! Get on the phone, folks, these sessions are going to fill FAST!!! We will not be accepting sessions for holiday cards after the 20th so this is your last opportunity to get those holiday card photos. We can’t wait to see you all!!!

I mentioned in a previous post that I am absolutely loving the texture and color of the alleys around the Loft. I especially love the dichotomy of a fresh new baby in the urban grunge! It isn’t for everyone….but little K’s mommy loved the idea. We had so much fun!
Product Spotlight: Frames

Finally……seriously, my quest for frames must have rivaled that of the quest for the Grail! BUT…..that quest has come to an end and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Meet the new additions to the CE-Family – Whimsical Frames! I wanted to find frames that were fun, fresh, and fully customizable to each of my clients images. These fantastic frames are all handmade, hand stained, and are available in so many GORGEOUS color combinations. Best of all, they can be made to fit any size print (becuase you know how I love my squares and stretched prints!!). No more will I have to answer the dreaded, “do you have framing options” question with……well…..a blank stare or a, “we’re working on it”. We got ‘em!!! and you are going to Love ‘em!

Last weekend I had the incredible honor of hosting the Professional Photographers of Colorado Keep it Simple Seniors (K.I.S.S.) workshop at the loft. We took LoDo by storm! Our models were phenomenal. I cannot give them enough credit for the fabulous job they did. The PPC crew did an amazing job organizing the workshop and corralling over 50 photographers – LOL. Best of all, I got the chance to reconnect with old friends and meet many new ones! More photos to come…but here’s a look behind the scenes!
